Purchased at a Value Village thrift store on August 4, 2020 along with Canon Checkbook EZ2-0014. It came with a faux leather case that contains a pen, plastic business card holders, and a half used note pad. I cannot yet confirm whether it is currently functional as the batteries are dead and I havent tried to open it yet.
